Cold Planers

The CMI RM-11 is a versatile, high production, full lane cold planer for heavy highway, airport and urban removal of asphalt and concrete. Twin engines provide independent power to the cutter and track drives, optimising performance.

Wide V-belt power band drives the rotary cutter mandrel through a planetary reducer gearbox inside the cutter drum which is 12ft 6in (3810mm) wide and capable of cutting to a depth of 12in (305mm).

Various options are available including configurations suitable for cold in-place recycling and surface mining.
