All CMI baghouses feature all steel housing, hopper and clean air plenum of strong all welded construction completely painted with high temperature paint.
Each baghouse features heavy industrial-duty centrifugal fan with backward-inclined blades to operate efficiently requiring less horsepower than conventional radial-bladed fans.
ROTO-AIRE BAG HOUSES
Available in portable and stationary configurations and in a variety of sizes.
Featuring a unique reverse flow cleaning system that reduces the maintenance inherent with pulse jet baghouses without the complex damper systems and blowers associated with other reverse air systems.
Bag cleaning is achieved by channelling a surge of atmospheric air, in the reverse direction, through the bag, causing the bag to expand. This gives a much less aggressive cleaning of the bags, resulting in longer life and uses less moving parts.
Roto-Step differential pressure cleaning system significantly extending bag filter life.
Available with two, three or four rotor configuration with performance ranging from 19,987 ft3/min to 89,940 ft3/min (14,889 m3/min to 69,528 m3/min).
PULSE JET BAG HOUSES
For situations where more aggressive cleaning is required, the pulse jet baghouses can provide significantly better bag cleaning due to "pulse" of compressed air that is applied to cause the bag to ripple down its length.
CMI BH30R baghouses feature a large filtration area with high air volume and high filtration efficiency.
The hopper and upper house is constructed using alternating U-shaped steel plates creating 3in (76mm) x 5 in (127mm) tubular stiffeners which are integral to the house structure, hopper and clean air plenum manufactured of all-welded construction using 3/16 in (4.76mm) mild steel.
