The company has a vacancy for a high caliber finance professional to support the rapid growth of the business and the establishment of a manufacturing facility at Waverly. Reporting to the General Manager at Waverly and the Finance Controller in Oklahoma City the successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter who works well under pressure.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities are to prepare and control job costings for manufactured items through the Waverly facility, validate and prepare a schedule for posting credit card expenditure of field-based employees, reconcile WIP on a monthly basis and assist the financial controller in the preparation of capital plant gross margin analyses along with preparation of the factory payroll and payroll hours analysis.

JOB TITLE: Fabricator
DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing
LOCATION: CMI Roadbuilding Inc., Waverly IA
Our manufacturing company is looking for experienced Fabricators to enhance the productivity of our organization. If you are a skilled Fabricator with 2+ years’ experience working for a manufacturing business, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities: The Welder Fabricator will use blueprints along with other data, such as work plans, to develop and design their welding projects. Fabrication of metal objects involves laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring and welding metals to create the desired shape or object. This is highly detailed work and requires the Welder Fabricator to constantly inspect and test welds and equipment. Welds are checked for durability as well as meeting specified standards and equipment must be examined to determine if repairs or new equipment is needed.
Qualifications: Ability to use variety of tools and equipment, ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans and to recognize welding symbols and specifications, knowledge of specific welding processes, such as TIG, MIG and ARC, knowledge of manufacturing techniques and tools and ability to use heavy machinery, such as forklifts and cranes.

JOB TITLE: Assembly
DEPARTMENT: Production

Assemblers use a range of tools and engineering techniques to assemble, maintain and repair mechanical plant, machinery and equipment to operational standards. Work includes the mechanical assembly of new plant and equipment, the identification of defective or worn mechanical components or equipment, repair/replacement of worn/faulty components or equipment, and modifications.
Responsibilities: Work as an individual or as part of a team in the mechanical assembly of new plant and equipment, work on a range of mechanical and hydraulic machinery and equipment
Qualifications: 2+ Years of work experience in a similar warehouse or shop environment preferred, high school diploma or GED required. Ability to read and understand engineering diagrams and technical manuals
